Your Rights and Obligations on the Platform

1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "td99" refers to the td99 online gaming and betting platform accessible at td99.bid and all associated sub-domains and services.
• "Platform" means the website, mobile interface, game lobby, and all associated tools and features operated under the td99 brand.
• "Account" means a registered user account created on the td99 platform by a natural person.
• "User" or "you" refers to any individual who registers for or uses a td99 account.
• "Pakistan Player" refers to any User accessing the td99 platform from within Pakistan or whose registered payment method is a Pakistan-based financial instrument (JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, MCB Bank, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, Raast, or similar).
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the primary transaction currency on the td99 platform.
• "Balance" means the PKR amount held in a User's td99 account at any given time, comprising real-money funds and any applicable bonus funds tracked separately.
• "Bet" or "Wager" means any real-money stake placed by a User on a game, event, or market available on the td99 platform.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits awarded by td99 to a User's account, which are subject to separate wagering conditions and are not directly withdrawable unless wagering requirements are satisfied.

2 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and td99 governing your use of the platform. Your acceptance is indicated by any of the following actions:

• Clicking the registration confirmation checkbox that states acceptance of these terms during account creation.
• Logging in to your td99 account on or after the effective date of any updated version of these terms.
• Placing a bet, making a deposit, or requesting a withdrawal on the td99 platform.

td99 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to Users via the registered contact method on file. Continued use of the platform following notification of an amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

3 Account Registration

To access betting, casino, and payment features on td99, you must register a valid account. The following conditions apply to all td99 account registrations:

• Each natural person is permitted to hold one (1) td99 account only. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same payment method, or different identities — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being suspended and balances held pending review.
• Registration information, including mobile number and identity details where requested, must be accurate and truthful. Providing false or misleading registration information is grounds for immediate account termination without refund of bonus funds.
• You must not register on behalf of another person or allow another person to use your td99 account credentials.
• td99 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage of the account lifecycle, including at the point of withdrawal. Failure to provide requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension.
• Corporate entities, trusts, and non-natural persons are not eligible to hold td99 accounts.

4 Age Verification

By registering a td99 account, you declare and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age. td99 may require formal age verification documentation at any time, including photo identification and proof of Pakistan address. Where age verification cannot be completed to td99's satisfaction, the account will be suspended and any positive balance will be returned to the payment method used for the relevant deposit, less any bonus funds credited during the period of unverified access.

If you are aware of any minor accessing the td99 platform, please notify td99 support immediately at [email protected]. td99 takes underage access extremely seriously and will investigate all reports promptly.

5 Account Security

You are solely responsible for the security of your td99 login credentials. The following obligations apply:

• You must not share your td99 username, password, or OTP codes with any other person under any circumstances.
• You must notify td99 support immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• td99 will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised account access where you have failed to maintain reasonable credential security or delayed reporting a suspected compromise.
• td99 employs SSL encryption, session monitoring, and optional SMS-based two-factor verification. You are encouraged to enable all available security features within your account settings.
• You must not access the td99 platform using automated tools, bots, scripts, or any software that simulates human interaction with the platform interface.

6 Deposits

td99 accepts PKR deposits via the following methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, HBL, UBL, MCB Bank, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, and USDT (TRC20 and BEP20 networks). The following conditions apply to all deposits:

• All deposited funds must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted and will be returned where the source can be identified, less any applicable transaction fees.
• Minimum deposit amounts may apply per payment method and are displayed within the td99 cashier section at the time of transaction.
• td99 does not accept cash deposits, postal orders, or cheques in any form.
• Deposits made via cryptocurrency (USDT TRC20 and BEP20) are converted to PKR equivalent at the prevailing mid-market rate at the time of confirmed blockchain receipt. td99 is not responsible for exchange rate movements between initiation and confirmation of a crypto deposit.
• td99 reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence procedures to deposit transactions that exceed thresholds established under internal anti-money-laundering policies.

7 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions:

• Only real-money funds (non-bonus PKR balance) are withdrawable. Bonus funds become withdrawable only once applicable wagering requirements have been met in full.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible, in order to comply with anti-money-laundering obligations.
• Identity verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed. td99 may request additional verification for withdrawals exceeding 100,000 PKR.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is within 24 hours of a verified request for accounts in good standing. VIP Gold and Platinum tier accounts receive priority processing.
• td99 is not liable for delays caused by Pakistan banking infrastructure, JazzCash system maintenance, or Easypaisa network issues outside td99's direct control.
• Withdrawal requests submitted during periods of active promotional bonus will be reviewed to ensure wagering requirements are satisfied prior to processing.

8 Betting Rules

All bets placed on td99 are subject to the following general rules, in addition to game-specific rules published within each market or game title:

• Bets are confirmed and become binding upon receipt of confirmation from the td99 system. You are responsible for verifying that your bet details — stake, selection, and market — are correct before submitting.
• td99 reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market that was offered in error, including odds published due to technical faults, data feed errors, or human input errors, regardless of whether the bet was accepted and displayed as confirmed.
• Bets placed after the official result of an event has been determined — regardless of the time displayed in the td99 system — will be voided and the stake returned to your balance.
• In the event of a disputed outcome on a live dealer table, the recorded video footage from the relevant session is the definitive record of what occurred, and td99's decision based on that footage is final.
• Maximum bet limits apply per market, per event, and per game title. These limits are displayed within the relevant game or betting market interface and may be adjusted by td99 without prior notice.

9 Bonuses & Promotions

td99 may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, free spins, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All bonus offers are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to specific terms published with each promotion:

• Bonus funds are credited separately from real-money PKR balance and must meet the stated wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable funds.
• Unless a specific promotion states otherwise, wagering requirements must be fulfilled by wagering the bonus amount multiplied by the stated rollover figure on eligible games within the promotion validity period.
• td99 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, cancel pending bonus credits, or reclaim bonus funds already credited where fraudulent or abusive bonus behaviour is detected, including but not limited to: multiple accounts claiming the same bonus, structured low-risk betting to satisfy wagering requirements, and systematic exploitation of bonus terms.
• VIP cashback credited to your td99 account constitutes real-money PKR balance and is not subject to additional wagering requirements unless specifically stated in the VIP programme terms.
• Bonus offers are available to eligible Pakistan players only. td99 may restrict bonus eligibility based on account history, payment method, or geographic location.

10 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are expressly prohibited on the td99 platform and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, forfeiture of balance, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Using the td99 platform for money laundering, structuring, or any other financial crime.
• Registering multiple accounts for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses or circumventing account restrictions.
• Using automated software, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or scripts to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, game glitches, or pricing errors for financial gain.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes in live dealer or multi-player games.
• Providing false identity information during registration or verification processes.
• Accessing td99 on behalf of another person or allowing a third party to operate your account.
• Making chargebacks or payment disputes with your bank or payment provider without first attempting to resolve the matter through td99 support channels.

11 Account Suspension & Closure

td99 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any User account under the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity or age verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, deceptive, or criminal activity.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from a User's bank or payment provider without prior td99 support engagement.
• At td99's sole discretion, where continued operation of the account is deemed contrary to the platform's interests or legal obligations.

Upon account closure for breach of these terms, td99 may forfeit bonus funds and any winnings derived from prohibited conduct. Real-money deposits may be returned to the original payment method at td99's discretion following investigation.

You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting td99 support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any positive real-money PKR balance at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to your registered payment method after identity verification is confirmed.

12 Responsible Gaming

td99 is committed to providing a safe gaming environment for all Pakistan players. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered td99 Users:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit caps from your account settings. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Set maximum session durations after which you will be automatically logged out.
• Cooling-Off Period: Request a temporary suspension of your account for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a cooling-off period, you cannot log in, deposit, or place bets on td99.
• Self-Exclusion: Request permanent self-exclusion from the td99 platform. Self-exclusion is irrevocable for a minimum of 6 months from the date of request. td99 will close your account and return your real-money PKR balance.

13 Intellectual Property

All content on the td99 platform — including but not limited to the td99 brand name, logo, platform design, software, game assets, promotional materials, and written content — is the intellectual property of td99 or its licensed suppliers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the td99 platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You must not reproduce, redistribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any td99 intellectual property without prior written authorisation. Unauthorised use of td99 intellectual property may result in account termination and legal action.

14 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, td99 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of funds, data, profits, or business arising from use of or inability to access the td99 platform.
• Technical failures, server downtime, or connectivity issues affecting Pakistan users' ability to place bets or access their accounts.
• Losses arising from decisions made based on inaccurate odds, game statistics, or event data displayed on the platform due to third-party data feed errors.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by Pakistan banking infrastructure, mobile wallet systems (JazzCash, Easypaisa), or blockchain network congestion.
• Actions taken by third parties that result in unauthorised access to a User's td99 account where td99's security systems were not the proximate cause of the breach.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit td99's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death, or personal injury caused by td99's gross negligence.

15 Privacy & Data

td99's collection, use, storage, and protection of your personal information is governed by the td99 Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions and is incorporated herein by reference. By accepting these terms, you also accept the td99 Privacy Policy.

In summary, td99 collects registration data (mobile number, name, date of birth), transaction data (deposit and withdrawal records in PKR), and behavioural data (game history, session duration, device information) for the purposes of account management, fraud prevention, responsible gaming monitoring, and service improvement. td99 does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

16 Amendments to These Terms

td99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this document. td99 will notify Users of material amendments via account-registered contact channels with a minimum of 7 days' notice before the revised terms take effect. Minor clarifications and corrections may be made without advance notice.

Your continued use of the td99 platform following notification of amended terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must stop using the platform and contact td99 support to close your account.

17 Governing Rules & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are written in English and the English-language version is the definitive version for all interpretation purposes. In the event of any dispute between you and td99 regarding your account, a bet outcome, a payment, or any other matter covered by these terms, the following process applies:

• Step 1 — Contact Support: Submit your dispute to td99 support at [email protected] with a clear description of the issue, your account username, and any relevant transaction reference numbers. td99 will acknowledge your dispute within 48 hours.
• Step 2 — Internal Review: td99 will conduct an internal review of your dispute within 10 business days of acknowledgement, drawing on system logs, transaction records, and live dealer footage where relevant.
• Step 3 — Written Decision: td99 will provide a written decision on your dispute via your registered contact method. This decision is binding on td99 and constitutes the final internal resolution.

td99's decisions on matters of game outcome, bet validity, and bonus eligibility are final and binding where those decisions are made in accordance with these Terms & Conditions and applicable game rules.
